I’d better amp up my obsession! January 1 will be here soon and I’m excited about it this time around. I’m not one to make resolutions at this time of year, as I’ve never understood quite why it is different than any other time of year to commit to doing something. What’s not to like about the guy? My goal: to be the American (and female) version of this [...] Perhaps I could document all the instances of people behaving badly in public. And juxtapose it with something nice someone did the same day or week. They don’t even have to be related or things that happened to me. But I’d love to document these things and examine our collective public personae. Like the woman who [...] Once I’ve seen Paris? Perhaps I should visit and document my experiences in all the cities and towns named Paris. I’ve been to two, one in France and one in Maine. But I’ve never been to the Paris in Idaho or Kentucky or Texas or any other state. I should also visit all the places that claim [...] |
