Manya
Chylinski is a freelance writer interested in travel, language, culture, art, lifelong learning, and various aspects of business. She lives in Boston where she writes books and articles, as well as marketing copy and corporate communications for business clients through her company Alley424 Communications.
She won’t actually write about anything or everything, but she does enjoy knowing a little bit about a lot of things. Sticking her fingers in lots of pies, as it were. When she was growing up that was called being a generalist and it was considered kind of cool (at least in her mind). The world has changed around her, as has her eyeglass prescription, but she is holding fast to her beliefs nonetheless.
When she is not working you may find her napping, wishing she could take a nap, and wondering about the napping habits of people around the world.
In her past, Chylinski was a research librarian and an editor. To her knowledge, she’s been on television just one time.
She is currently working on a mystery novel and travel-related book.
